Planned Maintenance Schedule

In order to perform requisite services and updates in our Data Center, AssetWorks provides a planned maintenance schedule of dates and times (listed below). During planned maintenance windows, you may experience one or more brief interruptions while services and activities are being completed. Interruptions are typically only a few minutes in duration, however; interruptions could extend longer due to complex or extraordinary activities. Assetworks staff will do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience. We appreciate your patience.

2026 Q2 AssetWorks Maintenance Outage Windows: (Temporary outages may occur throughout the day as systems are updated, patched and rebooted)

Primary Maintenance Window
Date: Sunday, May 3rd
Time: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET
Customer Impact Level: Partial Service Disruption
Customer Action Required: Avoid time-sensitive activities during this window

Secondary Maintenance Window
Date: Sunday, May 31st
Time: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM ET
Customer Impact Level: No Impact
Customer Action Required: None
